sat morning training Jude , Kimura stuff

Side control escape

left hand across throat, bump to get space
shrimp and far underhook,
get up , knee tap

Scarf hold and step over to put their arm across face
gable grip ,
knee on belly
if they push the knee them kimura

Learnt from rolling

Jeff - watch for them to lose grip and pull arm across body (full guard bottom )
Practise the full guard -> X guard more
look into why your back control is shit, kept falling off
