come back and push in their right hand, go for a triangle

As if you are shooting for single
drop down, cup their ankle,
push with the shoulder and head, keep the leg and stand up

Stop showing so much respect and intimidation to upper belts, roll with them hard like you would normal

Still only hitting kneebar submissions mostly which is a problem as they are banned in my next tournament

toe hold, fall to your right side to prevent them kicking off

Arm drag from full guard to back , fail back pendulum or arm bar

2 on 1 hands , try and get the arm drag to back
if failed, swing round and try to underhook leg for pendulum
sweep or arm bar from there

leg drag and trap their leg with your elbow
if they have your leg and wont let you kick out, drive knee through

RNC grip kimura side control

Double wrist grab on the arm you want to kimura (1 under their arm as if you would kimura )
pull in tight
use your right elbow to smash their hand to the floor and pin it,
move elbow infront of their arm to pin further
left arm under their arm moves to an RNC grip
rotate around their body like a North south choke and torque the shoulder

stand up and explode with the hips more

Just positional rolling

Back defence tip

If someone has your back , two on one, pull the end of the hand like a lever and bring it around your head, then try and get your hip out to escape one hook

Thursday 10th - Ashley

Single leg Finish

Normal single leg

left leg step out to the right, right hand on their right thigh, drive forward and put them down

half guard pass

half guard, get an underhook on your right
head on opposite side of their head
knee up a bit over crotch
pull their right arm up hard
hips through and kick out if neccesary

X collar choke to S mount to arm bar

side control, underhook, jack their arm up very high so you can mount, use it as a lever and go at the furthest point so you can high mount
mount, hand straight int the collar, wait for defence , S mount, arm bar

Saturday 12th

same as Thursday

just remember when defending back control to try and get their arm around yours

Clearing the arm in side control very important
not sure why almost got arm barred
think about how to deal with big guys guards
keep fucking up the Darce from top in the Gi (when they try to get underhook to get up ) - switch to Guillotine?

left hand across throat, bump to get space
shrimp and far underhook,
get up , knee tap

Scarf hold and step over to put their arm across face
gable grip ,
knee on belly
if they push the knee them kimura

Jeff - watch for them to lose grip and pull arm across body (full guard bottom )
Practise the full guard -> X guard more
look into why your back control is shit, kept falling off

Cross Collar choke from mount

Deep Grip on the right collar, make a fist and punch to floor , blade of wrist on the neck,
lean to other side, base, left arm comes in elbow first to grab the shoulder,
lean to left now and pressure on choke

Knee on Belly with pressure

Leg drag pass 2 hands on trousers
keep hold of outside leg and pull up
near collar grip with other hand

standing - Remember to sprawl and go for underhooks
De La riva back take - right leg behind their right leg to turn
