Use one butterfly to anchor in and sit up to grab the leg

spider guard pass

left elbow pinch in
right knee over their left knee hard
right arm reach down to their pants and flip them over
knee in

Ash 21st Feb

Take down - Ankle pick with head snap

when they go low
snap head with left hand and pick the ankle with the right

Taking the back from turtle

if on their right
normal hand on thigh to stop rolling
ram the right knee into their right side, slide it into their knee to break the base
left leg in between their legs, torque the knee,
Scissor in and get the hook in

Choke from turtle - 

Over under grip grabbing both sides of collar x grip
fake getting the hook in , lean over their head and choke

Need to improve on

what to do in full guard bottom if hips locked down
finishing triangles
take downs and take down defence

13th Feb Jude

Back attacks

3 chokes, I know already but a couple of details :

Short choke - palm to palm , elbow down and almost bicep curling towards you
Rear naked - turn it into the opponent to minimize space , if right arm gripping left bicep, turn their neck to the right

Taking the back from turtle - 

Hand on thigh as usual, right arm reach in and grab their left arm, pull towards you and break base
shove them forward, get right hook in and cross legs, weight on them,
left hook in

Getting the choke

2 hooks in on their back
Kick off them to walk your legs other side of their body
use the fact that they're gripping your wrist protecting their neck to force it to be trapped by your leg
get the choke

Pummel to double , 

Standing pummeling
same side head as underhook
as you pummel in for doubles
duck under,
double leg
right leg outside theirs
take down bringing legs to left

Triangle from full guard with knee posture break and overhook

full guard shrimp out
both feet on their hips breaking posture
knee on their bicep forcing the triangle
use wrist control to put leg over their head
hips up to clear arm and triangle

Calf slicer

right arm through their same side leg, grab your leg
left leg over their left leg , sit back 50 50 style and calf crush

arm drag to pendulum to mounter arm bar with S mount 

2 on 1 , drag their arm to the other side of your body
go to the back , if that fails swing and underhook their leg, pendulum to mount
hold their arm still across their neck, underhook and walk up on them high mount,
leg over whilst still sitting in top
arm bar

Single leg from behind

pretend to double - use right arm on their left leg to swing round, right hand on their thigh and drive

Sparring - 

Look for the leg drags
fucking judo arm between legs avoid

Setup butterfly sweep, e.g. Sweeping to left
sweep, get them to post
underhook the posted leg ,
get your right shin to their left leg thigh,
swing and sweep

after underhooking
get hips right out and under,
get left leg back inside for the X guard,
X guard sweep
