13th Feb Jude

Back attacks

3 chokes, I know already but a couple of details :

Short choke - palm to palm , elbow down and almost bicep curling towards you
Rear naked - turn it into the opponent to minimize space , if right arm gripping left bicep, turn their neck to the right

Taking the back from turtle - 

Hand on thigh as usual, right arm reach in and grab their left arm, pull towards you and break base
shove them forward, get right hook in and cross legs, weight on them,
left hook in

Getting the choke

2 hooks in on their back
Kick off them to walk your legs other side of their body
use the fact that they're gripping your wrist protecting their neck to force it to be trapped by your leg
get the choke
