11th Feb Jude

Pummel to double , 

Standing pummeling
same side head as underhook
as you pummel in for doubles
duck under,
double leg
right leg outside theirs
take down bringing legs to left

Triangle from full guard with knee posture break and overhook

full guard shrimp out
both feet on their hips breaking posture
knee on their bicep forcing the triangle
use wrist control to put leg over their head
hips up to clear arm and triangle

OR ,

other foot infront of face and triangle
