you go knee on belly and grab the underhook
as above...
all quick
top half guard
same as spinning arm bar so take underhook
slowly edge round them then spin
cross legs right under left
chicken wing them to get the full arm bar
Doms Foot locks
excellent knee bar grip
right hand pushing the footdown
left hand grabbing the bicep
ankle locks
if locking the right ankle
butterfly to your left for control
tight legs
foot on hip hard
raise the elbows
